If any Player or Goalie needs to be released due to division sizes, a decision on player release will be made by the SPMHA executive based on several criteria including but not limited to the:
a) Payment of outstanding fees
b) Attendance in the player evaluation process
c) Date of registration
The team formation date will be shared with these divisions in advance. The Division Director will communicate with families who haven’t returned from tryouts in other associations to understand their status and discuss the risks of not being back at SPMHA before team formation. SPMHA will attempt to have a home for every player returning, but that may not always be possible.
